Payment
JMS Trading Company ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
For payments with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we debit or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK)
JMS Trading Company ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is secure and cannot be read by external parties.
JMS Trading Company ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1 – 3 business days in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
Delivery area: We deliver worldwide.
JMS Trading Company ApS ships goods with the following: GLS – Pakkeshop (DK), PostNord (SE), and DHL in the rest of the EU.
Shipping is free for purchases over 500 DKK to Denmark. A flat rate is applied for all other locations. You can view the rate by entering your address at checkout.
You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Right of Withdrawal
A full right of withdrawal for items purchased on the website is granted for 14 days unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
The 14-day period starts the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs are borne by you.
A desire for withdrawal must be communicated to us within 14 days after delivery and be in our possession no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
A desire to use the right of withdrawal must be communicated via this link to our return portal. If you have received free shipping for an order over 500 DKK and the full amount is to be refunded, or if the return reduces the total amount of the order to less than 500 DKK, we reserve the right to deduct 50 DKK from the refund to compensate for our costs.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are responsible for any depreciation in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to JMS Trading Company ApS to assess the condition of the item.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided for products in accordance with Danish law. The warranty covers all errors in software, material, and manufacturing.
Complaints about defects and deficiencies must be notified to JMS Trading Company ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item. Two months are considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.
The right to complain is waived in the case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
JMS Trading Company ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
